Terms & Conditions Nyabo’s Ltd

These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with Nyabo’s Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Nyabo’s. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
About Us
Nyabo’s Ltd is a UK-registered business providing freshly prepared food products and related services through our website, WhatsApp, phone, events, markets, and in-person sales.
We operate in accordance with UK food hygiene regulations and guidance issued by the Food Standards Agency.
By placing an order with Nyabo’s or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Placing an Order
Orders may be placed via:
– Website
– Phone
– In person (including markets and events)
-Our official website
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.
Order Confirmation
An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by us.
Orders are confirmed when:
-Payment has cleared (where required), and
-Confirmation has been provided by Nyabo’s
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once preparation has begun which is (2) days before delivery.
CANCELLATIONS
Standard Orders
At least 48hours notice is required
Catering/Custom Orders
Deposits are non-refundable after the mutually agreed cut off date.
Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
If Nyabo’s cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Prices & Payment
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal or Bank transfer (details provided at checkout)
Prices may change without notice.
Delivery charges are highlighted at checkout and as below:
– Free delivery for orders over £25
– There is a £5 delivery fee for orders under £25
– Minimum order is £15
Payment Methods
We accept:
– Bank transfer
– Secure online payments via Stripe
Nyabo’s Ltd does not have access to or store card details.
For catering or large orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required. The deposit is non refundable once preparation has begun. This will be agreed during the consultation period.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of food products and food safety regulations, all food items are final sale.
Refunds or returns are not accepted, except where required by UK consumer law (for example, if an item is faulty, unsafe, or not as described).

Issues must be reported within 2 hours of collection or delivery.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our food is prepared in environments where allergens may be present.
Such allergens are:
– Nuts
– Peanuts
– Milk
– Eggs
– Gluten
– Soy
– Sesame
– Fish
– Shellfish
While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens due to cross-contamination risks.
Customers must inform us of any allergies before placing an order.
Nyabo’s cannot accept liability where allergens have been disclosed and risks explained.
Collection & Delivery
Delivery and collection options are offered on set days, which may vary on a week-to-week basis depending on availability, location, and operational requirements.
Available delivery or collection days will be communicated at the time of ordering via our website, WhatsApp, phone, and or order confirmation.
All delivery and collection times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather conditions, or third-party couriers.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.
Quality & Complaints
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible after receipt so we can investigate.
Failure to notify us promptly may affect our ability to resolve the issue.
Storage & Reheating
Nyabo’s is not responsible for:
– Improper storage
– Failure to refrigerate
– Incorrect reheating
– Consumption outside recommended timeframes
Customers must follow any storage or reheating instructions provided.
Use of Our Website
All website content is owned by Nyabo’s unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, logos, text, and materials on this website are the property of Nyabo’s Ltd and may not be used without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyabo’s Ltd shall not be liable for:
– Indirect or consequential losses
– Losses arising from improper storage, reheating, or misuse of food
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
